Your Free Consultation
Schedule your free consultation today by calling our office at (832) 283-3007 or filling out our contact form. We’ll send one of our expert project developers to your home to gather information about your project. During this visit, your project developer will:
- Show you photos of similar projects to help determine your preferences
- Take measurements and photos of the project area
- Go into an in-depth inquiry about your expectations
- Discuss your project budget with you
we will provide a proposal complete with a design of your project.
On average, the proposal will be completed one week after the consultation.
You'll Know Exact Cost From the Get-Go
At Sullivent Services, we spend ample time discussing your project expectations before we get started. After your project developer visits your home, we’ll provide you with a proposal that includes an exact quote for your project. And when we say “exact quote,” that's exactly what we mean. This quote is not an estimate there will be no surprise expenses during the course of your project.
Your exact cost proposal will also include:
A design drawing with specifications and dimensions
Rendered views and elevations so that you can see what the project will look like after completion
Your project developer will schedule an in-person meeting with you to examine your proposal and answer any questions. You can also visit our office showroom to view samples and make final selections for your project.
Need a Permit or HOA Approval? We’ll Do It For You.
Some areas require a permit or HOA approval for outdoor living projects. All your project developer needs to get approval for you is a copy of your lot survey to submit to your HOA. We’ll provide all the additional required information.
If you live in a municipality that requires a building permit, we’ll handle all the paperwork requirements: every submission, inspection, and approval. Please note that depending on the location, this process can take 4 to 6 weeks.
From the Ground Up and Everything In Between
After we’re finished with the design and we have all approvals necessary, we're ready to build you your project. We have our very own sub-contractors many of whom have worked with us since we opened our doors in 2004. With our personalized services, we also offer sub-contractors with trusted tenure and longevity whom succeed at providing the small details of your project. That means we’ll oversee the designing and building of every aspect of your project, including any of the following:
- The patio surface in stamped concrete, tile, slate, flagstone, pavers, or wood or composite deck
- A patio cover, gazebo, room addition, screened porch, or shaded arbor
- Ceiling fans and decorative lighting including electrical wiring
- Decorative finishes like brick or stone columns, or Hardiepanel or wood tongue and groove ceiling
- An outdoor kitchen, fireplace, or firepit
After construction begins on your project, it will take anywhere from one week to a month to complete, depending on the complexity. Your project developer will be able to give you a more accurate time frame once construction begins.
